**Job Description Summary**

The primary responsibility of this role is driving the delivery of end-to-end supply chain data excellence & analytics solutions for BD Supply Chain in Greater Asia. The incumbent oversees and leads delivering regional Supply Chain data analytics solutions and system/process automation using technology that will enhance and enable insights into end-to-end Supply Chain processes, and allow to deliver Greater Asia SCM reports, and support knowledge management.
This role will act as a liaison with Business/SCM/Process teams to understand near and long-term business requirements and lead the development of data analytics solutions for better decision making. The associate would be required to achieve best in class digitalization of analytics and automated reporting solutions with good business acumen and ability to translate diverse data structures to insightful analysis and business initiatives.
This is a high-visibility role that requires working with stakeholders across different time zones. The role impacts customer and financial performance, productivity, inventory accuracy, future business opportunities and growth.
The associate will need to have initiative, good time management and able to strive in a tight deadline and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate key tasks related to the support of developing digital analytics and automated reporting solutions in the supply chain function in the Greater Asia region.
Support Greater Asia SC LT leaders with data assessment and insights (where applicable)
- Design E2E supply chain metrics; working closely with GSC analytics for dashboard development. Assist businesses to establish common dashboards and tracking
- Utilize data from various sources to develop and communicate actionable insights around E2E Supply Chain metrics
- Monitor Supply Chain data outliers and develop alert mechanism
- Support development and implementation of global and regional digital initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders/users to understand requirements and data/process flow in data analytics and automation projects
- Drives standardization of data analytics, identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in global and regional analytical procedure or cross-functional methods
- Stay technology savvy; understand latest technology developments impacting company supply chains, develop business cases for implementation
- Organization and Change Management
- Support and lead projects using agile and other project management process methodology
- Leads, manage and coordinate tasks of external and internal resources to deliver results as per expected timelines
- Act as a change agent in driving global supply chain and business initiatives and guides the team through diverse changes
- Work with and align to Global Supply Chain, TGS and Data Science teams to understand company strategy on data science, standardization and technology platforms

**Education**
- University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field of study; Master’s degree is a plus
- Project and Program Management Certification is a plus

**Experiences**
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, SCM Planning / Inventory management experience.
- Ability to influence without authority & ability to build relationships with senior leaders across all business functions including corporate functions sand cross business
- Strong knowledge of SAP & Power BI knowledge andMicrosoft 365. Expertise of Python and programming language experience is a plus
- Possess analytical skill and ability to enjoy data mining / report analysis. Ability to perform root cause analysis with recommendation of resolution
