He/she is responsible for achieving business target and management of the Singapore Agency/Global Freight Division. Be part of the Singapore team to contribute to the target for Container Shipping, Land Logistics and Marine Logistics. Cultivate opportunities to support the Tank division. Continuously seeking viable options on overall logistics and supply chain network service levels and maximise gross profit. Participate adhoc assignment and project tasked by management.
- Plan, lead and manage the business development of Legend Logistics
- Responsible for the Profit and Lost
- Evaluate and recommend key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent: - Identifying and developing new clientele - Identifying business partners and initiate cooperation with the business partners for business expansion. - Recruitment, training and management of the team
- Set up annual budget and ensure that revenue and cost budgets are properly administered and followed.
- Report key results to company's Directors.
- Create, communicate and implements organisation’s vision, mission and overall direction
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the overall organisation’s strategies.
- Formulate, implement and direct the organisation’s operational and fiscal functions and performance.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the organization’s legality and business ethics.
- Act as a strategic partner by overseeing the complete operations and business activities of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans and programs. Ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long-term growth initiatives, planning and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the senior Leadership team as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Improve strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation, make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the company may enter into.
- Evaluate organistaion’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operation efficiencies.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advances employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the services to customers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
