**Responsibilities**:

- Arrangement of flight bookings
- Assist with passports, visas, invitation letters, and medical papers
- Ensure confirmation of availability and convey tentative itineraries to respective travellers for approval
- Confirm reservations, distribute tickets, and confirmation to travellers
- Research on optimal travel alternatives
- Coordinate, supervise, and implement every aspect of travel arrangement for staff, executives, athletes, and the production team
- Resolve organization’s travel-related technical conflicts
- Research and resolve all incorrect charges with regards to the entire travel program(s)
- Review travel-associated invoices and statements for accuracy as well as codes for accounts payable
- Ensure comparison of invoices against genuine travel transactions to validate each charge
- Verify entire group reservation request for correctness against meeting profiles
- Identify the most suitable and best quality service with reasonable possible rates
- Amass information from travel agents and hotel vendors to facilitate decision making
- Work with travel agencies to verify travel details and arrange reservations using existing flights
- Prepare reports and perform any other administrative duties
- Travel to events frequently to execute all transportation and accommodation arrangements
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Travel or Tourism Industry
- **Willing to travel frequently**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
