We are a construction company on the path of growth. We are inviting experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast expanding team as:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and supervise all M&E work at site
- Coordination and supervision for installation, testing and commissioning services of the project
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and sub-contractors on work progress
- Ensure timely completion of projects with quality workmanship
- Work closely with Clients, sub-contractors and project team to resolve technical issues
- Attend project meeting with Clients and Consultants
- Support site documentation requirements
- Ensure Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standards and regulations are meet and maintain

**Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in power point & AutoCAD
- Knowledge and familiar with the local authority requirements
- Able to work under pressure with ability to work independently
- Preferably with M&E Co-ordination Certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- relevant working: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- M&E Co-ordination Certificate (preferred)
