**Overview**

As an Quality Control Foreman (Senior / Assistant), you will assist the Production Supervisor (Senior / Assistant) in performing overall quality operation in Steel Reinforcement and PBU Fitting Plant. You are to adhere to Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System in accordance with the Company’s standards and customers’ requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform In-coming, In-process & outgoing inspection.
- Ensure that all products have been tested and fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels & etc.
- Initiate Non-Conformance reports (8D or NCR) as required and follow up the corrective actions to inspection findings.
- Prepare outgoing report & COC as required.
- Perform product identification and traceability activities, as required.
- Perform basic equipment calibrations accurately, as scheduled.
- Coordinate with other department to resolve inspection questions.
- Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
- Participate in internal Audit.
- Issue NCR & 8D Report to supplier or internal company.
- Authorize to stop operation of machine if conditions are out of safety measures or not able to achieve specified process / operation conditions.
- Release raw material or finish goods which conform to specification.
- Flag noncompliance issues to supervisors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 3 years’ experience working as Quality in manufacturing environment.
- Diploma in Engineering with at least 1 year’ experience working as Quality in manufacturing environment.
- Preferably with knowledge of manufacturing and Assembling of rebar & mesh as well as PBU Fitting.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and HSE will be an advantage.
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Independent with high level of initiative and fast learner.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
- Positive attitude in learning.
