**Job Summary**:
We are looking for interns with an interest in financial analysis and reporting, to provide insights to support treasury decision making.

This role will support the Group Treasury team with carrying out financial analysis, process improvement initiatives and developing data visualisation tools.

This role will work closely with the global treasury team to identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, enhance data quality and improve overall efficiency within the group treasury team.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Data gathering and analysing techniques for business related FX hedging reports
- Fostering effective communication with DKSH treasury teams globally and
- Staying informed about global events through market analysis from bank research and Reuters reports.
- Elevate financial markets capabilities & knowledges with DKSH’s highly experiences treasury team members and thrive in the dynamic financial markets environment around treasury markets.
- Create an excel dashboard to track group treasury’s daily cash positions and FX transaction volumes.
- Use power query to automate the consolidation process for 8 countries cashflow forecast templates.
- Enhance cashflow forecast templates for 8 countries within the group cash pool.
- Assist front office dealers on cashflow planning and FX trade settlements.
- Provide Treasury Operations support to all DKSH subsidiaries globally
- Support and participate in Treasury improvement projects
- Project on standardising file from Treasury Management system ( Ion Treasury’s eTC system) on accounting entries for derivative gains/loss - IBC and OBC data
- Assist in compiling and keeping list of inter-co loan agreements
- Assisting back office in downloading rates daily king and verification of group treasury payments transactions
- Assist in checking and reconciliation monthly inter-company confirmations
- Assisting in IT and hard-close year end audit

**Education**:

- Degree in a Finance, Business or any other related courses based on the function's requirements
