Cornerstone is a successful Independent Financial Adviser and Exempt Insurance Broker with over two decades of experience. To support our growing commercial insurance broking business, we are seeking for individuals to join our client servicing team.

Our client servicing team plays an important role in supporting our advisors on the general administration of corporate policies, which can include the following:

- Supporting the renewal process from preparation of renewal notices through to policy placement.
- Attend to member movements, queries on policy coverage etc.
- Liaise with clients and insurers on premium billing matters.
- Facilitate clients and insured members with claim process and queries.
- *Note: Our current vacancy in the team will have an accent in the claims facilitation and assistance aspect.To succeed in this position, you will require the following:

- Eye for detail.
- Experience in insurance broking will be ideal.*
- Team player who can work independently.
- Customer-oriented and willingness to go the extra mile to champion our clients' interests.
- Relevant qualifications such as the Certification in General Insurance and CMFAS M9 by Singapore College of Insurance.
