Supply Chain Officer

**Job Summary**:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting our Supply Chain/Order Processing Executive for all supply chain activities with a strong focus on customers.
The scope includes but is not limited to helping to handle all customer enquiries related to products orders, invoicing, quotations, tenders and service contracts. Efficient coordination of client’s orders specifically blanket orders, tenders, monthly shipment and urgent requests is critical.
**Principal Duties And Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
- Ensure customer billing operation is smooth and help to resolve any billing discrepancy.
- Ensure customer orders are processed correctly with the right quantity and delivered timely.
- Oversee and coordinate with cross functions to resolve customer complaints.
- Work with key stakeholders to implement new strategies across all customer touchpoints.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Evaluates root cause analysis to eliminate reoccurring customer issues.
**Supply Chain**:
- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports related to inventory, OTIF (On Time in Full), Expiry and identify improvement plans.
- Work directly with 3PL warehouse to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
- Monitors and correct inventory levels with the 3PL warehouse.
- Assist SCM manager to review 3PL warehouse cost and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall logistics performance with 3PL.
- Track and monitor incoming shipments ensuring goods receipt done timely by 3PL and follow up on any inbound issues with freight forwarder.
- Focus on GMP Compliance as operational priorities and ensure 3PL warehouse adheres to being compliant in the day to day operations.
- Work with key stakeholders at global level on inventory replenishment and purchase order creation.
- Required to handle late night calls with stakeholders located in the US for any operational issues.
**Demand Planning**:
- Work closely with ASEAN demand planning team to develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Participate in Forecasting / S&OP process and work closely with demand planners and commercial teams in forecast adjustments.
- Coordination with supply planning team in France and US. Review and adjust inventory supply to meet customer demands.
**Essential Skills And Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree, major in Supply Chain / Logistics / International Trading / Business Administration preferred.
- At least **3~5** years of supply chain and customer service experience in the logistic / healthcare industry or related field.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Core Competencies And Attributes**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- SAP experience is a MUST
- Good inter-personal, communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team in a multi-level and fast-paced organization.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Strong demand planning and analytical skills
