About The Role
- Execute the operations of MindCare so as to fullfil the mission and objectives of a specialist Community Mental Health Team
- Carry a caseload of clients under Casework and Counselling and monitor the progress of clients and work out aftercare plans for clients
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessment, case management and psychosocial interventions
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance
- Lead therapeutic group work for targeted groups
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups provided by the company
- Strategise and lead environmental scanning and assessment of community needs
- Plan and organise meaningful outreach and public education on mental health issues
- Organise and evaluate community development programmes
- Programme evaluation and report writing
- Available for work crisis and urgent cases during off hours
- Undertake and spearhead special projects, assignments, or programmes in the Company as and when required

**Technical Competencies**:

- Bachelor or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work or relevant qualification
- Registered Social Worker preferred
- At least 6 years experience in relevant field of social work practice, especially casework and counselling, group work and community work

**Core Competencies**:

- Proficient in oral and written communication, especially English
- Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work
- Strong Clinical and supervision skills
- Effective leadership skills

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good analytical skills
