We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Chauffeur to join our family office. As the Family Office Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services exclusively to our principals and their immediate family members. Your role will encompass ensuring their safety, comfort, and privacy while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Remuneration Package**:

- Basic $4,000 to $4,500 + AWS

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport the family members to various destinations such as appointments, meetings, social events, and personal engagements.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the client's values and preferences.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and mechanically sound.
- Plan and organize travel routes, considering traffic conditions and alternate options to optimize travel time.
- Coordinate closely with the client's personal assistant or scheduler to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist with carrying luggage, packages, and personal belongings as required.
- Demonstrate exceptional discretion, respecting the confidentiality and privacy of the client and their family.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, laws, and local driving guidelines to ensure the safety of passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or requests from the client and their family. Willingness to work on irregular hours, and occasional late evenings and early mornings.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license with an exemplary driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional chauffeur with a minimum of 4 years of experience is a MUST, preferably with experience working for another family.
- Familiarity with local traffic rules, roads, and alternate routes to navigate efficiently.
- Impeccable personal grooming, appearance, and professional etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a respectful and courteous manner.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Clean criminal record, with no history of convictions or pending charges.
- Medically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicles and their maintenance is desirable.
- First aid and defensive driving certifications are advantageous.
- Having Taxi Driver’s Vocational Licence (TDVL) is a plus.

**Remarks**:

- This is a 5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri + Sun half day).
- This position requires a 12-hour shift on weekdays.
- Applicants without any full-time driving experience will not be considered. The working location is central.
