As part of our expanding sales team, we are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join us as Part-Time Sales Representative. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience and contribute to the growth of our dynamic company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily walk-ins to restaurants, cafés, and other F&B businesses to introduce our student internship program.
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs.
Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads through direct outreach and follow-ups.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of hiring internship students and how the program works.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth placement of students in participating establishments.
- Negotiate agreements with restaurants and finalize deals.
- Schedule appointments with prospects for further discussions.
- Submit daily reports on progress and appointment updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.

**Requirements**:

- Prior sales experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and face-to-face client interactions.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently.
- Basic understanding of the restaurant industry and workforce challenges.
- Must have a proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
Confident and persuasive with the ability to handle objections.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Commission**:SGD 1500 to SGD 2500.

Contract length: 3 months to 12 months (Depends on performance)

Expected hours: 3 to 4 hours per day

Work Location: Your comfortable home (WFH). This job is a remote position, you can work from anywhere.
