**Join Our Team as a Sales Admin Assistant**

We are looking for a **Sales Admin Assistant**to support our sales team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Invoicing**:Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure timely billing.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- **Coordination**:Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Customer Service**:Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- **Document Preparation and Reporting**:Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation and presentations.
- **Other Duties**:Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- **Experience**:At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**:Good written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Team Player**:Able to work collaboratively with various departments.
- **Language Proficiency**:Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
