**Resident Care Staff
- Attend to residents’ needs at night. Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents and report residents’ needs to the Administrator
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the Home premises
- Collaborate with staff to deliver quality care services to residents (eg. vital signs taking)
- Accompany residents for follow-up appointments
- Assist and participate in residents’ recreational, occupational, social and therapy programmes
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures
- Protect organization’s value by keeping resident information confidential
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Must be able to stay in the Home at night

**Working Hours : 6 days, capped at 44 hours per week
**Key Requirements**:

- Relevant experience would be an advantage
- Entry level is welcome as long as with compassion, caring and thoughtfulness
- Able to perform the night-shift duty
- Conversational English
- Enjoy working with elderly
- Able to communicate with team members and maintain good teamwork
- Physical fit to handle the needs of care residentsAble to commence soonest
