Group Business focuses on protecting businesses and their employees. As part of the Group Business Claims team, you are responsible to ensure that all claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Assess and compute claim based on policy cover and management guidelines.
- Review and approve out-source claims and LOG that are above TPA's authority limit.
- Processing of TPA payment files to reimburse TPA for panel/out-source claims.
- Handle and manage claim enquiries from policyholder, claimants, or intermediaries.
- Ensure that the various KPIs are met
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Section

Qualifications:

- Diploma in any discipline with an interest in the insurance sector
- 3 or more years of experience in Health claims
- Team player and self-motivated
- Ability to work with tight timelines and under pressure
- Good communication and people skills
