**Company Overview**:
We are working with a leading Food company seeking a **Food Technologist **to join the team. If you have around 3 years of working experience in the Bakery and/or Confectionery industry, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting customer trials, participating in product innovation sessions, and contributing to technical workshops for the sales team, distributors, and clients as necessary.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of pilot plant and laboratory equipment, adhering to scheduled preventive maintenance and standard operating procedures.
- Upholding workplace safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness and safety protocols for pilot plant equipment.
- Monitoring and replenishing laboratory consumables as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in a specific realm of food technology, such as specialty fats, emulsifiers, starches, proteins, or stabilizers.
