**What the role is**
- Temporary Assistant Manager (Outreach, 11.5 months contract)

**What you will be working on**
- Develop strong partnerships with secondary schools
- Plan and develop effective online and offline activities to engage with prospective students and educators
- Create marketing, publicity and content materials (EDMs, posters, infographics etc) to generate mindshare and awareness of Temasek Polytechnic (TP) target audiences
- Adopt a data-driven approach by leveraging on data to map out priority school lists, understand audience sentiment, needs and requirements (surveys, engagements etc.)
- Generate interest and drive sign-ups for outreach activities e.g. learning journeys. school engagements and relevant TP-wide events, courses, workshops and talks to secondary school partners, educators, prospective students and parents
- Work closely with TP schools and respective stakeholders to develop engagement activities

**What we are looking for**
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in communications and engagement
- Prior experience in implementing and executing outreach and engagement activities from inception to execution
- Strong understanding of youth trends, engagement and marketing activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environment
- Able to commit to the role for 11.5 months
