Singapore ACCESS PEOPLE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Contribute to the LPG Trading book in realizing annual profit objectives.
- Pro-actively identify, develop and implement physical trading strategies to capture value from oil markets.
- Execute LPG paper swap transaction to hedge / manage risk exposure.
- Facilitate entry into new markets, leveraging knowledge of illiquid markets and broker contacts
- Manage risk limits and ensuring all trading activity is in compliance with internal risk governance policies/procedures and trade reporting requirements.
- Cultivate & enhance counter-party relationships in order to expand company’s market presence and increase trading potential.
- Work with traders from other offices across the globe to develop and capture value as part of the global team.
- Work with mid and back-office support teams to ensure accurate reporting of positions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the STEM majors or Business/Finance/Economics
- Minimum of 10 years of physical LPG trading experience
- Knowledge of global LPG trade flows and understanding of arbitrage economics
- Extensive network across LPG industries and possess experience in new market entry and origination
- Have a track record of positive P&L
- Possess a deep understanding of risk management
- Possess high standards of integrity and strong ethics
- Have strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Possess a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills and influence business decisions in a multi-cultural team environment.
