In this position, you will be the solution provider for our customers by tapping on TWIN DISC’s vast range of power transmission and control offerings.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Research on and conceptualize innovative proposals to meet the ever changing market demands
- Assist the sales team by providing the necessary product knowledge and technical support for supporting our customers and dealers
- Conduct product presentations to both internal and external customers
- Review technical specifications and propose technically sound solutions in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Coordinate customer interfacing including technical discussions, installation, commissioning, and field support (as required)
- Work cooperatively with customers, vendors and internal departments to facilitating flow of information as needed to manage project
- Follow all cross functional processes from opportunity to commissioning to keep all aspects of the project moving to meet customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Experience in industrial and/or marine industries dealing with rotary equipment, mechanical power transmission equipment, internal combustion engine, ECU/TCU control, etc
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechatronics, mechanical, marine or electrical engineering
- Ability to understand electrical schematic diagram
- Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, Draftsight, Solidworks, etc)
- Willing to travel
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to manage working on multiple projects concurrently
- Open to taking on new challenges
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
