As a Consultant with Allianz Consulting, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy, business, and transformation projects by driving content delivery, creating solutions for customers to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and excellence. You will develop expertise on specific practice areas and may also support on business development opportunities. You will work alongside senior members of the team who will guide and mentor you on projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery projects through individual contribution (e.g., driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations)
- Develop personal knowledge in key strategic topics
- Be able to anticipate client needs and carry this forward through analysis and development of innovative concepts and solutions
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Support business development efforts through creation of pitch decks for internal clients
- Development of internal capabilities to enhance the global Allianz Consulting presence

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the consulting, advisory, insurance or project management industries, or in roles within finance, business-related capacities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project planning management capabilities - able to work well with senior team members and organizational leaders.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological & conceptualization skills, moderation, and presentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to navigate different working cultures.
- Passionate and self-driven with a knack for creativity & innovative thinking.
- Subject matter specialities in areas of Economics, Business, Process / Product / Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Process Improvement are advantageous.
