Senior Executive, Leasing (11month contract)

[what you will be working on]

**Senior Executive**/Principal Executive**, Commercial Leasing (11 months contract)**
- To develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback
- Develop deeper understanding of tenants’ needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation
- Manage tenant/Facilities Managing Agents relationships and negotiate tenancy renewals
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair works with contractors/Facilities Managing Agents
- Meet and work with our Facilities Managing Agents and other service providers to manage the use of common space and amenities
- Work closely with internal planning development team on the uses and allowable tenure of State properties
- Formulate and review leasing policies and processes
- Prepare monthly reports, annual budget and P&L for portfolio

[What we are looking for]
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of real estate and facilities management will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates will be considered if found suitable
