**Job description**:

- Responsible for administrative duties included data entry and documents filling.
- To consolidate monthly reports and submission for weekly /monthly basis.
- To maintain proper documentations and records.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties for office task.
- Report to Operations Manager.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum O-level
- Committed and independent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Previous work experience in administrative will be advantageous
- Working hours: Mon - Fri from 8.45am to 5.45pm
- Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT
