Indian-style Gentlemen Barbershop expaning looking to hire full-time Barbershop Branch Manager for new branch opening in August with the followings:

- Know the entire operations of barber business and also possess cutting skills to teach and guide other junior staff.
- Basic Salary + AWS & Bonus + Employee Benefits.
- Operating 11:00 am - 10:30 pm Daily (with lunch, tea and dinner breaks in between).
- 6 days work per week.
- 14 Days Annual Leave.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays (non-negotiable).
- Ability to speak multiple languages English/Tamil/Malay/Mandarin due to clientele base.
- Required to have existing clients able to generate 15K sales monthly.

Job scope includes:

- Managing the operations of this entire branch.
- Responsible for the P&L of this entire branch.
- Handling basic accounting and P&L matters of this branch.
- Leading and training staff of this branch.
- Ensuring sales of this branch.
- Bringing in new clients.
- Maintaining relationship with current clients.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Coming up with business strategies to penetrating into new markets.
- Conducting seminar of this trade to interested interns.
- Providing barber services and grooming advice to clients.
