We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in the robotics or automotive industry to lead and manage key technical projects within our autonomous logistics vehicle programs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects. You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of our autonomous vehicle projects, from concept through deployment.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure technical objectives are met while maintaining high standards of safety, performance, and compliance.
- Drive the integration of software and hardware components in the development of autonomous systems.
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners.
- Track and report on project KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to solve complex technical challenges.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and adapt program plans in response to changing requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in autonomous vehicles and robotics.
**Required experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical programs in the robotics, automotive, or autonomous vehicle sectors.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex hardware-software systems.
- Strong understanding of autonomous systems, robotics, and vehicle integration.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with logistics or supply chain technologies is a plus.
