**Job Summary**:
The role holder provides network consultancy, design, implementation and support to help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. Activities will include in-depth analysis, pre-sales activities, design (both for high and lower level network solutions), deployment, support and consultancy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists the Customer during the Think and Build phases & of a project & Subsequent operations phase
- Develops and maintains technical project documentation: high/low level design documentation, method of procedure, test plans, configuration templates and scripts
- To support on aspects of Data Centre and specifically on Cisco ACI based solutions
- To support on aspects Campus, WAN/LAN/WLAN Networking, Security, UCS compute and Hyperflex hyperconverged systems from requirements capture/definition through customer.
- To interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
- To support on the service delivery and network solution implementation.
- To provide support and troubleshooting service for the network infrastructure related incidents and problems.
- Assists customer with deployment of complex network tools and related Network
- Builds simulated networks in test labs to validate the design and solution Provides remote or onsite deployment support.

**Required**:

- A Bachelors/Diploma holder from a recognised institution
- Cisco Certifications: CCNP or above
- Hands-on experience of Cisco ACI architectures and solutions is Mandatory
- Hands-on experience & excellent understanding on the following technology areas:

- IP/TCP,STP,ARP,DHCP,VPC,LACP,MCLAG
- OSPF,ISIS,BGP
- MPLS,L3VPN,EVPN,VXLAN
- L2/L3 Troubleshooting Skills
- Understanding of Cisco Software Defined Access would be an added advantage.
- UCS compute and Hyperflex hyperconverged system would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Effective consulting and communication skills
- Experience in building and designing large multi-protocol inter-networks is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated industry awareness.
