Procurement Assistant Manager

**Job Description**:
- Oversee Company Procurement function, develop, establish, implement, and enforce supplier guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements to the organization.
- Handle Purchasing, quotation, sourcing
- To identify new potential products or markets.
- Analyse market trends and collaborate with Sales and marketing department to come out new promotions.
- Handling the global procurement of FMCG products
- Able to negotiate prices with suppliers and formalizing contracts
- Problem solving and adopt the costing technique for sourcing and deliver on optimum CQD (cost, quality, delivery).
- Handle the Demand Forecasts for all SKUs to ensure that there is proper supply.
- Inventory control
- Create, set, and maintain department KPIs
- Provide Management with data and reports related to purchasing activities as and when required.
- Onboard Suppliers on Our Advertising and Promotion Campaigns
- Adhoc
**Job Requirement**
- Degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG background.
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Experience in warehouse management
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics
