- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of AS400 programs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Setup AS400 menu and maintain Production parameters upon business users’ request.
- Evaluate Control-m setup and EOD batch jobs timing and frequency
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and user guides.
- Support disaster recovery system activities
- Generate queries and reports upon the requirements from business users or relevant authorities.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AS400 programming.
- Strong experience in RPG IV (ILE RPG), CL, SQL, and other AS400 development tools.
- Experience with AS400 database management and administration.
- Experience with AS400 performance tuning and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Open to work in on call rotational shifts and after hours support.
- AS400 certification (optional but preferred).
