**Your responsibilities include**:
Conceptualize concept and schematic designs

Carry out feasibility studies and presents design proposals and reports

Design development that would include detailed drawings and specifications for contractors to follow for construction purposes

Assist in tendering and bidding processes

Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances

Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing

Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues

**What you will need**:
Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit

A recognised relevant university degree

Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in design development, design documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects

Outstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativeness

Ability to work independently without supervision

Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability

Experienced in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation
