Site Engineer

We are looking for a highly capable Civil Engineer to manage our construction projects. You will be allocating resources, supervising multidisciplinary constructions teams and inspecting the construction projects. To ensure success as our Civil Engineer, you should possess experience in workinglarge construction projects and the ability to ensure adherence to construction specifications and standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, workers, and contractors.
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
- Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (reports, tests, drawing and other)
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to Project managers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Fresh graduate site engineer are welcome to apply
- Sound knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Ability to carry out effective technical and feasibility studies, as well as site investigations
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong skills in analysis and problem solving
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
