What we're looking for

The successful Partner should be able to purposefully guide the consulting arm of Economics Design to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding Consulting Partner has a strong strategic mind and exceptional people skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, or other measures of success
- Providing strategic advice to senior management on business operations and goals
- Developing and executing long-term plans for a company’s growth and development
- Consulting with clients to develop strategies for managing company operations more effectively
- Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
- Able to lead the 4 pillars of the consulting team: Game Economy, Web3, Token Due Diligence and Macro
- Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
- Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes to clients
- Develop economic model for value flow and transfer
- Develop quantitative financial or economic model to implement recommended changes
- Support business activities of firm, specifically in (1) revenue generation and (2) development and engineering of economic architecture design
- 1 weekly research report to be submitted every week on a specific protocol, using the template
- Participating in video call meetings with clients to discuss business strategies and outreach to clients

**Qualifications**:

- 10 - 15 years experience in consulting. Blockchain and DeFi space experience will be advantageous
- Best to understand technology, finance, economics and math
- Keen and curious learner
- Extensive managerial experience
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top institution, ideally in economics, finance or data science; Preferably MBA from a top institution
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and focused on solutions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Executive decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset; exceptional business acumen.
- Organised and self-sufficient. Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
- Expertise in the domain of alignment (financial services, economics modelling, incentive design, mechanism architecture)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
