**Responsibilities**:
Prepare operation schedule daily

Co-ordinate and communicate with operation staff when changes in schedule arises

Support the company operation team

Maintain & send Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Other ad hoc admin duties given

**Requirements**:
Placing orders with suppliers and liaising with sales team and technician team

Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pleasant, good interpersonal & communication skills

Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mindset

Ability to work in a team

Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.

Working hours (5.5 days weeks)

9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)

9.00am to 6.00pm (Alternate Saturday)
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good written/spoken communication skills (in English and Mandarin)

Salary $2,500 - $2,800 (depending on experience)

On-The-Job training will be provided

Able to start immediately
