To participate in client intake meetings, attend site show-round cum briefing and carry out site survey cum site analysis.
- To be part of the design team to develop and execute high-quality commercial & corporate office interior design concepts and support the Project Leaders in executing the design ideas from inception to completion of the whole design process.
- To coordinate material and color selection, basic knowledge of interior construction, project administration, and installations.
- To create and formulate design presentation strategies.
- To assist in design development/detail drawings upon award and help source for competitive quotes/materials/samples.
- Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project.
- To attend design workshops and site meetings, and provide support and coordination with all parties to execute and complete the project.
- Assists design director in project and site management, supervision and post contract follow-up works, including liaising with clients, building consultants and building management.
- Plans, monitors and oversees work execution by contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with design intent, workmanship quality, cost parameters, delivery and project schedule.
- Min. 1 to 2 years of related working experience in project and site management of commercial and corporate office interior fit-out works, preferably with an interior design or interior construction company.
- Knowledge of M&E and other building services works is an advantage.
- Self-driven individual with strong motivation, desire and pride of delivering all projects under your charge to achieve timely completion and quality finish.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and good client relation skills.
- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- A meticulous person with a sharp eye and strong quality-control of finished works.
- An organized individual with good planning, time and people management skills.
- Highly productive, conscientious and responsible worker with ability to work independently.
- Proficient communicator (both spoken and written).
