**Job Description**:

- Assist to lead and manage a team handling shipping operations in a warehouse environment
- Communicate with various internal and external parties including forwarders
- Liaise with warehouse and customers for shipment planning and execution
- Participate in meeting and front customers
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints
- Prepare shipment reporting to customers
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Prepare and ensure shipping documentations are processed accurately and in-time for outgoing shipments
- Handle system transactions for shipment processing
- Maintain proper documentation and filling records, including updating
- Distribution database and network
- Operate according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard
- Monitor and assist to resolve shipment issues as and when required
- Familiar with INCOTERMS
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Min 2 years of relevant experience working in a logistics/supply chain field
- Proficient in using WMS, SAP and other similar warehouse management systems
- Knowledgeable in air and sea export shipment practices
- Possess excellent management skills and have prior experience in managing a team
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a high sense of responsibility to work in a fast pace environment
