**Job Description
- Diagnose, assess, identify, and treat problems of physio patients.
- Provide appropriate education and advice to patients based on their needs.
- Patient-focused with a desire to make a difference in patients' overall wellness.
- Ability to demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making in providing care.
- Assist in patient's rehabilitation following injury and accidents for optimal recovery.
- Keep abreast of the latest techniques and technologies available for physiotherapy. Maintain accurate and proper documentation of patients' progression.

**Job Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and manage the rehabilitation of patients.
- Advise and provide therapy treatments as required by patients' conditions.
- Formulate and implement appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs to improve movement/function.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of patients' treatment closely and regularly.
- To be patient-centric and always focus on patient welfare.
- Maintain professionalism consistent with the profession (accurate documentation, evidence-based practice).
- Demonstrate knowledge of the usage of physiotherapy modalities.
- Able to take on ad-hoc duties (e.g., partake in events).
- To actively promote physiotherapy services to both in-house residents and prospective clients.
- To be responsible for the improvement of day-to-day operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess full and valid Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) registration.
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Min. 3 years prior experience in MSK and/or private clinics is preferred.
- Ability to treat all musculoskeletal conditions and conduct pain management
- Able to converse with Mandarin-speaking clients and a strong team player.
- The 40-hour work week allows flexibility in work scheduling based on patients' concentration.
