**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Perform **installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair**of mechatronic systems, automation equipment, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical, and electronic control system**failures to minimize downtime.

**2. Preventive Maintenance & Optimization**
- Execute **preventive maintenance (PM) programs**to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor key equipment performance, propose improvements, and enhance plant efficiency.
- Assist in the **installation and commissioning of new machines**, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

**3. Automation & Control Systems Integration**
- Maintain and calibrate **robotic systems, automated production lines, and smart sensors**to support operational efficiency.
- Assist engineers in optimizing **mechatronic systems**for enhanced automation and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze **real-time production data**, making control system adjustments as needed.

**4. Compliance & Safety Standards**
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and safety compliance documentation.
- Participate in **risk assessments**and implement safety procedures to prevent plant accidents.

**5. Spare Parts & Vendor Coordination**
- Monitor and manage the inventory of **electronic components, sensors, and mechanical parts**to ensure availability.
- Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors to source necessary spare parts and maintenance tools.

**6. Team Collaboration & Technical Support**
- Work closely with **operations, engineering, and maintenance teams**to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Liaise with **external contractors and service providers**for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree**in **Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering**, or a related technical field.
- **At least 3-5 years of experience**in mechatronics maintenance, preferably in **biofuel, chemical, manufacturing, or process industries**.
- Familiarity with **predictive maintenance techniques, condition monitoring, and industrial automation**.
- Ability to work independently in **a fast-paced industrial environment**, with flexibility for shift work if required.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills.
