**Company Description**
- Identify and consolidate FX exposures
- Formulate the appropriate actions and plans to mitigate FX risks in accordance with Group policy
- Prepare monthly analytical report on FX results
- Negotiate optimal FX pricing for Toll
- Together with the Financial Markets Manager, recommend viable and effective deposit plans and loan portfolios
- Ensure the dissemination of best practices and promote exchange of experiences

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in Treasury, with experience in Financial Markets activities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others
- Sound problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Leadership/team management experience
