**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis and project management, helping to enhance our recruitment processes and improve our talent acquisition strategies. You will report to Global Head of Talent Acquisition directly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection**: Assist in gathering and cleaning recruitment data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide insights that support hiring strategies.
- **Reporting**: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders.
- **Research**: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform data-driven decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their data needs and assist in optimizing recruitment processes.
- **Documentation**: Document processes and methodologies used in data analysis and modeling for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts; familiarity with tools such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
