Singapore AETOS SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Management accounting (including bookkeeping and maintain timely and accurate financial records for the company and other related entities);
- Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling key financial report items such as bank balances, accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepayments, accruals and fixed assets, etc.;
- Handle daily finance duties, prepare and record: payments to suppliers and clients; petty cash and credit card payments; staff expense claims, etc.;
- Liaise with external professional parties for company secretary, tax and audit matters;
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures;
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor - Associate Director, Finance, who is based in Hong Kong

**To be successful in this role, you must be**:

- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Sensitive to numbers, with good analytical and communication skills;
- Willing to learn with positive working attitude with high sense of responsibility and a strong team player.
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial report principles and practices;

**Requirements**:

- University graduate in Accounting/Finance/related discipline;
- Not less than 3 years of working experience in commercial enterprises;
- Qualification of Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) is preferred;
- Good command of Mandarin and Chinese word processing preferred.
