**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and maintain Equipment PM checklists and all maintenance related procedures.
- Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and resources and constantly review methods of OEE management to reduce tool downtime and increase equipment throughput with Safety, Quality and maintain good 6S.
- Implement appropriate measures to prevent and predictive maintenance for cleanroom support system and equipment such as HVAC systems, chiller and compressor system, process gases, and water treatment system.
- Troubleshoot and rectify equipment breakdowns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of equipment.
- Carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's safety policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, hazardous area classification etc.
- Formulate with process engineering and production team on all equipment control procedures and troubleshoot on machine related defects and quality issues and prevention systems.
- Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
- Provide leadership in problem analysis and resolution. Work on process yield improvement, cost reduction and resolve manufacturing problems to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and product quality and low downtime.
- Proactively monitor, identify, design and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures and improvements in processes and equipment.
- Perform risk assessments, root cause analyses, and develop corrective action plans to address process deviations and improve reliability.
- Accelerate the proliferation of Kaizen culture throughout the team by leading and facilitating Kaizen projects.
- Maintain ISO documentation and QMS system.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years working experience in the field of Process or Equipment Engineering in cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of hazardous production materials (gases, liquids, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in process & equipment troubleshooting and PM, engineering methods for equipment controls and OEE improvement.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of best practices and all relevant statutory compliance requirements.
- Possess analytical and communication skills.
- Pro-active, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Knowledge in Lean and/ or Six Sigma methodologies statistical will be an added advantage.
