**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven People Advisor/Manager APAC to help shape our culture. You’ll have the opportunity to truly impact the direction of the business, working with the Head of People Operations and other regional team members in the delivery of our People Strategy. We have ambitious growth plans - You’ll play a key role in the development of Algomarketing and our people.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support and implement our People Ops strategy that aligns with Algomarketing’s mission and organization strategy to build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Create exceptional, efficient and tailored people processes, which include talent attraction, retention, development, and succession planning, change management, organizational and performance improvement, benefits, and compensation.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, and ensure data compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers, client services team and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Enabling a culture that is focused on impact vs creating blockers & layers of bureaucracy.
- Maintain our People systems ensuring they work seamlessly with the other tools we live by; slack, Google Suite, ATS system.
- Proactively support the end to end of the onboarding process and develop guidebooks so that the newly hired employees are ready to kick off
- Create and deliver learning and development programmes for Algomarketing team members.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**—**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar HR Operations role with a focus on employee relations, HR policies and processes, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Experience in project / process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Singapore and preferrably other APAC countries).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
