**What the role is**
- MANAGER / DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, DEVELOPMENT BUDGET & SUSTAINABILITY
**What you will be working on**
- You will oversee the governance, analysis and reporting of EV-related project budgets and mid-term expenditure projections. You will facilitate and contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of EV-related projects. This includes partnering relevant stakeholders to review and provide financial advisory on annual budgetary plans and EV-related project funding proposals to ensure sound and robust proposals are presented to Senior Management and MOF/MOT as well as liaison with other Government Agencies for inter-agency projects. Beyond these, you will oversee and strategise financial planning/direction of EV-related matters as well work with EV-related stakeholder groups on financial models and projections for financial sustainability; and implement and review financial governance framework. In addition, you will perform analysis and management reporting on EV-related financial and non-financial indicators and contribute to the drive for continuous improvements by streamlining and optimizing existing business processes to enhance efficiency, governance, and/or adherence to new or updated business needs.
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent professional qualifications such as ACCA - At least 4 years of relevant working experience - Good working knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and internal controls - Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and a team player - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to interact across different stakeholder groups and at all levels including Senior Management
