**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to be part of our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of the digital marketing landscape, paired with the creativity and analytical mindset to drive conversions and optimize our digital presence.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM (6-hour shift)
OR 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM (6-hour shift)
Time can be adjusted slightly after 90 day probabtion period.

**Salary**: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Creation & Management**: Assist in creating impactful ads for platforms such as Google and Facebook. Ensure optimized budget allocation and monitor performance.
- **Data Analysis**: Perform comprehensive data analysis on our social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and paid media campaigns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule, post, and manage the company's content across various social platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly review and refine our digital strategies based on performance data and emerging trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with our creative, sales, and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Previous experience in e-commerce marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
