You are an experienced recruiter who has a nose for talent in the Healthcare/Insurance or tech industry. With deep appreciation and understanding for technology and healthcare/insurance industry, you find ways to understand our business to effectively recruit across the region. You are genuinely curious about things, and have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. You are known to be a team player and collaborate well with others. Most importantly, you want to be part of a small and fun People & Culture Team who are often looking for ways to improve employee experience in a growing start-up **Responsibilities** - Work closely with HRBP and hiring managers in various teams to deeply understand our organization structure, priorities, opportunities and key business drivers to drive recruiting strategies across these teams. - Be a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on hiring the best talent and designing talent strategies to hire for commercial/growth roles across Southeast Asia. - You will be a key member in building up a diverse and disruptive TA team. - This is an individual contributor role, with potential to grow into a people manager. **Requirements**: - At least 6 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for different roles in tech industry. - Proven track record with closing roles across all levels from entry/junior to senior manager level. Experience in campus recruiting is highly desired. - Experience hiring across Southeast Asia strongly preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and influencing skills. - Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality. - Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow. - You have a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style with a positive customer service and solutions-focused mindset. - Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and BambooHR. - Comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
