Singapore NANYANG ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS Full time

**Main Roles and Responsibilities
1) Provide ECG, job referrals and/or placement support for students/ graduates within three years from their graduation.

2) Tap on internal resources (e.g., to liaise with Lecturers with connection to industry partners) and external partners (e.g., WSG/e2i) to collate and curate job opportunities for work-bound graduates.

3) Conduct preliminary assessment for students/alumni who signed up for career coaching/consultation services.

4) Organise ECG related activities (e.g., workshops, talks, career fairs) in support of graduating students and graduates.

5) Organise Community of Practices amongst CAs at least once a year to facilitate sharing of best practices, etc. CA is required to attend mandatory trainings for professional development.

6) Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

**Requirements
1) Minimum Degree in any Discipline.

2) Some prior experience in arts-related industry/organisations preferred.

3) Recognised Career Coaching certification. Some training will be provided.

5) Good interpersonal and communications skills.

6) Cheerful and positive in nature.

7) Meticulous and with good administrative skills.
