**IT Engineer (AV/VC)**

Job Title: IT Engineer (AV/VC)

Work Location: Central Area, Singapore

**About the Job**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
AV & VC

a) Provide Video Conference (VC) pre-test, set up and support in PWC Building during office hour/after office hour (mainly Monday to Friday) and occasionally on weekends.

b) Act as VC contact and communicate with other PWC office, VC contact and external party’s VC contact for VC confirmation.

c) Manage VC equipment and work with VC vendor for any repair/maintenance (with prior approval from PWC).

d) To provide both office hours and after office hours Audio-Video support for events hosted in office premise and training rooms - manage the AV, TV, projectors, and presentation laptops.

e) Perform AV/VC monitoring and simple firmware upgrade.

f) Administer and liaise with external vendors on AV/VC and cabling points issue.

g) To maintain the AV/VC inventory and operation procedure with vendor.

h) To perform monthly system maintenance.

i) To work with vendor to maintenance AV/VC operation documentation.

iPhoneNet

a) To support and manage Singtel iPhonenet desk phone system.

b) Administer and liaise with external vendors on iPhonenet setup and issue.

c) To maintain the iPhoneNet inventory and operation procedure vendor.

d) To troubleshoot and attent user's queries on the usage of iPhoneNet.

e) To report and follow up with vendor on service and hardware issue.

f) To work with vendor on the upgrade if the iPhoneNet solution.

g) To perform monthly system maintenance.

h) To work with vendor to maintenance iPhoneNet operation documentation.

Others

a) Manage iPads loan / return.

b) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

c) Assist in new joiners/training/seminar room setup.

d) To manage iPad deployed on the meeting floor.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent

2. Relevant experience in AV and VC support

3. Self-motivated to work on your own and as part of a team

4. Detail-oriented, organised, methodical, follow up skills with an analytical thought process

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

6. Agile and adaptable to change
