Job Overview 综述:
Responsibilities 职责:
- Provide design and technical support services for troubleshooting, maintaining and making modifications / additions to the plant Instrumentation/Analyzers systems for accurate and reliable operation for the needs of the plant.
- Primary area of responsibility is Instrumentation/Analyzers Discipline
- Maintenance, Turnarounds, Reliability and Capital projects
- Responsible for providing safe, environmentally sound and cost-effective solutions.
- Supports the day to day maintenance needs as required by the plant operation especially on equipment troubleshooting
- Spare parts optimization based on criticality ranking
- Review and update PPM programs periodically for effectiveness
- As part of Turnaround maintenance team, involve in planning and co-ordinating unit turnarounds to meet all TA KPI
- Follow Mechanical Integrity guidelines for Instrumentation/Analyzers discipline
- Coach Instrumentation/Analyzers technician on skill improvement and quality RCA-C
- Monitor bad actors for site and Lead RCA of Level A and B to prevent reoccurance.
- Lead and suggest capital projects for site based on past failures and recurring issues
- Drive efforts to meet Site Maintenance, Reliability and Capital project KPI
- Develops sustainable, viable solutions/ideas in area of expertise and drive productivity programs.
Qualifications 要求:
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Required Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Instrumentation/Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Required Yrs Exp: 3-6 years experience in petrochemical or Refinery
- Provide troubleshooting Instrumentation/Analyzers issues in the plant.
- Develop/improve maintenance processes for ensuring the proper working of the Instrumentation/Analyzers systems in the plant.
- Maintain and update plant/corporate Instrumentation/Analyzers standards and assure local codes and permitting is executed for all works.
- Define scope; provide detailed engineering design for plant additions and modifications and/or co-ordinate engineering, design and drafting work
- Demonstrate support for the vision of achieving excellence in safety, health and protection of the environment.
- Demonstrate behavior that advances team-based work concepts by utilizing good communication techniques with all employees.
- Project estimating and planning experience
- Experience in planning and co-ordination unit turnarounds
Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Maintain and update plant/corporate Instrumentation/Analyzers standards and assure local codes and permitting is executed for all works.
- Demonstrate behavior that advances team-based work concepts by utilizing good communication techniques with all employees.
- Ability to facilitate or lead team in conducting root cause failure analysis, make recommendations and coordinate the work till completion
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills and techniques that accomplish activities through being assertive, able to influence others and engendering trust.
- Demonstrated skill in use of maintenance safe work practices
