**What does the Debt Capital Markets Team do in ING?**

Debt Capital Markets team assists our APAC clients in structuring and raising debt financing through various bond instruments, across both investment grade and high yield bonds. We provide access for sovereign, corporate and financial institution bond issuers to a pool of global fied income investors across Asia, Europe and the US.

**What would you be doing?**- Provide analytical, research, and eecution support to the Debt Capital Markets team, for both eternal and internal clients requirements.-
- Preparation of client pitching materials, weekly primary market and pricing updates, and perform detailed analysis according to specific client needs.-
- Support on live transactions and develop technical skills (i.e. preparing internal approval memos, documentation, joint arrangers and legal coordination, marketing materials, syndicate coordination, post deal closing)-
- Support for compliance and finance processes relating to deal management, and preparation of internal strategy presentations, as needed.**What qualities and skills are we looking for?**

We are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria:
- Solid background in accounting and finance-
- Analytical mind with strong attention to detail-
- Ability to coordinate with multiple parties-
- Strong motivation and good team player
**What would you gain from this internship?**- Daily eposure on global macroeconomic developments and primary bond market (i.e. USD, EUR, and select local ASEAN currencies)-
- Practical and technical skills relating to bond origination and eecution, use of Bloomberg terminal, pitchbook preparation, internal and eternal stakeholder management-
- Collaboration with other banking functions such as sustainable finance, sector and in-country teams / relationship management, financial markets, corporate finance, legal, and risk management / compliance.**Need more information?**
