We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about driving impactful change through education to join our team as the Head of Education and Enablement. This role is twofold: (i) nurturing the educational growth of Impart’s youths and (ii) enabling the continual development of our dedicated volunteers and staff. This role embodies Impart’s core belief that education is both a necessary component of a youth’s developmental journey and an essential element for our volunteers and staff within a thriving ecosystem of care.

**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for educational programs, aligning initiatives with Impart’s mission to empower youths facing adversity.
- **Team Oversight**:Lead and inspire a volunteer-run team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the conceptualization, implementation, and continual enhancement of impactful educational initiatives.
- **Partnership Cultivation**:Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and community stakeholders to expand the reach and effectiveness of our programs, unlocking value through collaborative efforts.
- **Innovation and Value Creation**:Drive innovation within educational programming, introducing cutting-edge solutions and methodologies to address the evolving needs of youths facing adversity.
- **Program Enhancement**:Oversee the continual improvement and adaptation of educational programs, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback to enhance impact and relevance.
- **Advocacy and Representation**:Advocate for educational initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, participating in relevant forums, and raising awareness about challenges and opportunities within the sector.
