**As a Client Servicing Team Lead**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling, coaching the CS team and setting best practice for CS related enquiries
- Overall responsibility for status and progress of CS related enquiries
- Managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders
- Preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of Training Materials
- Preparation and maintenance of FAQs and Standard Language Responses
- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of Dashboards
- Provides recommendations on operational requirements
- Administrative record keeping and reporting
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management
**What we want you to have**:
- Experience with Zendesk, Slack
- Experience in management of remote teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience in a front-facing customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
**Nice to have**:
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
- Team leadership experience
- Experience working at a high growth startup / tech company
