**Job Description Summary**: Key accountabilities of overseeing Inventory Control and Material Management, manage all materials related crisis (e.g., stock outs, defective materials, etc). Communicate on a reachable target and drive to meet targets.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Inventory Control and Materials Management
- Manage all materials related crisis, eg, shortage, defective materials etc.
- Explore and implement ways to reduce direct & indirect materials costs and inventory holding
- Assist Business Leader to explore and implement ways to improve Asset Management
- Manage physical inventory, material master set up, and system transactions accuracy with existing systems
- Work with Vendors to improve Direct & Indirect Materials Delivery, Quality and Certification issues.
- Work with shops to ensure the right amount of Direct & Indirect materials are delivered on time.
- Work with Finance on inventory score cards at reporting period.
- Adhere to all EHS rules and regulations
- Work with internal departments to explore cost out opportunities for direct/indirect materials.
- Work with internal departments to qualify new suppliers/materials.
- Monitor and provide feedback on vendor performance and material quality.
- Review BOM and ensure sufficient material supply to support new repair processes.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of material Planning and Inventory Control
- Competence in MS Excel is required.
