**What the role is**

[LTA-T&ID] DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER (INFRA), NATIONAL EV CENTRE MASTERPLANNING

**What you will be working on**

You will be part of LTA’s National Electric Vehicle Centre (NEVC). The NEVC spearheads the promotion of EV adoption, regulating and planning EV charging systems, and the development of an EV ecosystem in Singapore.
In this role, you will be part of the dynamic Masterplanning team, which develops and executes plans related to the deployment of EV charging systems and its supporting infrastructure. You will be given the unique opportunity to shape the electrified future of our land transport system in Singapore.
- Planning of the Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades to support the deployment of EV chargers, including defining the scope, securing funding, engaging inter-agency and external stakeholders to develop an upgrading masterplan.
- Manage consultants in carrying out the feasibility and preliminary design studies.
- Manage funding and budget planning cycles for project.
- Develop real and actionable EV user insights from data and incorporate findings into medium to long term electrical infrastructure upgrading strategy and policy making to champion the end-to-end quality of our charging ecosystem.
- Manage grassroots and stakeholder feedback and engagement efforts on issues related to the deployment and operation of EV charging points.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience are preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in contract management and government procurement process.
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Meticulous, able to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
